What led you to want to become a Certified Biblical Life Coach, and what is the inspiration behind why you started Faith Over Fear Biblical Life Coaching?

Becoming a Certified Biblical Life Coach came from one of the hardest but most transformative seasons of my life. I walked through a year of chronic illness and intense spiritual warfare that tested everything I thought I knew about faith. It was during that time that God reminded me that while prayer is essential, your faith must be activated when you say “amen.” Faith doesn’t stop when you finish praying, that’s where it truly begins.

Out of that experience, Faith Over Fear Biblical Life Coaching was born. I wanted to create a space where women could find the same strength and peace that God gave me, even when life feels uncertain. My mission is to help women not only pray with power, but also live with purpose, walking boldly in faith despite fear, doubt, or circumstance, understanding that faith isn’t a vibe or trend, it is a lifestyle.

For those who may not know, what does your job entail as a Certified Biblical Life Coach, and how do you help others, specifically?

As a Certified Biblical Life Coach, my work sits at the intersection of faith and practical action steps. I help women connect biblical truth to real-life transformation. That means not only studying scripture but applying it to the places that hurt—fear, identity struggles, grief, illness, and the battles no one else sees.

I coach through conversation, prayer, and actionable strategies rooted in God’s Word. Together, we identify the barriers holding them back and replace fear-based thinking with faith-based action. My approach is both spiritual and strategic—because while we trust God for the miracle, we also partner with Him through movement. Faith requires action.

I help my clients identify the fears or limiting beliefs holding them back, renew their minds through scripture, and create a personalized plan to move forward. Whether it’s healing from past wounds, building confidence, or walking in their calling, my coaching is about spiritual growth, mindset renewal, and practical empowerment rooted in God’s truth.

What services do you offer that can be beneficial for thriving in life?

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching programs, and faith-based workshops designed to help women strengthen their spiritual foundation and build emotional resilience.

One of my signature offerings is The FAITH Lifestyle Program, a guided journey that helps women turn faith into a daily lifestyle, not just a Sunday experience. It’s all about helping women grow spiritually, develop discipline, and walk boldly in purpose while managing real-life challenges.

I also lead several online communities across social media platformswhere women receive encouragement, devotionals, and biblical tools to help them thrive every day with courage and conviction.

Sometimes in life, especially when we are facing obstacles, fear likes to pay us a visit. It wants to intimidate and challenge our faith, and sometimes it likes to overstay its welcome. It’s almost like it knows exactly when we are at the point of questioning our faith, and it comes to poke even more holes in it. What advice would you give to someone who is trying to find out where to start in regard to finding out how to take back their power to overcome fear and maintain their faith?

Start with stillness and truth. Fear thrives in noise and confusion, but faith grows in quiet confidence with God. My first piece of advice would be to get honest with yourself and identify what you’re truly afraid of and then hold it up to the Word of God. Remember, faith doesn’t mean you won’t feel fear; it means you don’t let fear lead. Begin with small steps of obedience. Open your Bible, speak life over yourself daily, and surround yourself with people who speak faith into you, not fear.

And remember this: prayer is your declaration, but action is your agreement with what you prayed for. When you say “amen,” don’t stop there , take a step. It might be a small one, but it’s a step of faith, and that’s what moves mountains. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can speak life when fear tries to silence you, and keep reminding yourself that you are never fighting alone.

And most importantly—trust that God’s timing is never delayed; it’s deliberate. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you just have to have faith, enough to start.

When you’re not busy working, how are you practicing self-care?

For me, self-care is truly soul care. I’ve learned through chronic illness, motherhood, and ministry that peace has to be a priority—not a reward. I intentionally protect my peace by spending quiet time with God, worshiping, and giving myself space to breathe and reset.

I also love traveling, watching my favorite TV shows and movies, and just slowing down to enjoy life’s simple moments. Most importantly, I cherish spending time with my husband and our 8-year-old daughter as they keep me grounded and remind me of what truly matters.

Rest, laughter, and family time are my way of refueling. I believe self-care isn’t selfish—it’s stewardship. When my soul is at peace, I can serve from overflow, not exhaustion.

Thank you so much, Coach Nicole!
