Hello, thank you for having me. I’m from Chicago/Memphis.

Let’s talk about your amazing business, “Foxy Lady On The Run.” You’re so inspiring! What’s the inspiration behind the name, and what made you want to create this brand?

The inspiration behind Foxy Lady On The Run, Foxy Lady On The Run, was a term that I used for myself meaning the hard-working, unstoppable woman. I knew that there were other women out here in the world 🌎 just like me ready to conquer life. Foxy Lady On The Run is dedicated to all women around the world striving for success. She’s that hard-working woman. She’s that mom in the carpool line waiting for her children. She’s that businesswoman on the go making it all happen. She’s that college student focused on her goals. 

Foxy Lady On The Run is determined to win no matter the obstacles that life might throw at us; we are running straight through with our heads held high.

The Foxy Lady On The Run is Strong and Determined .

The Foxy Lady On The Run is Unstoppable. 

The Foxy Lady On The Run Is Resilient.

The Foxy Lady On The Run is getting goals accomplished, no matter the challenges and difficulties that life might have.

Foxy Lady On The Run the brand was something that I always wanted to create. I started my business in 2020 during the pandemic. I got still, I prayed about it and God whispers in my ear ” Start Foxy Lady On The Run. I’ve been running ever since lol.

Lion on the Prowl is my Mens brand. The Lion on the Prowl is that hardworking man, leader and provider thats getting goals accomplished, no matter the challenges and difficulties that life might have. The King is prowling straight through with his head held high.

I understand that you have a background in the mental health field. What was that transition like for you, going from running a psychiatry practice to developing the Foxy Lady On The Run brand?

Yes, my background is in mental health. I ran a successful private practice. I genuinely love patient care and connecting with patients. I have a strong passion for the healthcare industry. The transition has not been hard for me. I am still doing what I love regarding reaching out and being a service to others.

Speaking of mental health, which is such a crucial part of our lives. Being an entrepreneur can be super stressful at times and weigh heavy on our mental. What advice would you give to people in regards to balancing life in general and maintaining our mental health and wellbeing?

Balancing life as an entrepreneur can be rewarding at times as well as very stressful. The highs and lows of being an entrepreneur: some days I wake up to several sales. Some days I wake up with no sales. Maintaining a positive mindset has kept me balanced. I always say God did not bring me this far to just give up and quit. KEEP GOING !

My advice to other entrepreneurs out there, stay focused on your goals. Block out the outside noise. Keep Going and always stay TRUE to self and always ask God to order your steps!

What has the entrepreneurial experience been like for you thus far?

My entrepreneurial experience thus far has been an exciting ride so far. Becoming an entrepreneur has always been a major goal for me. I truly believe in having your OWN and standing for something great!

When you’re not busy, how are you practicing self-care?

When I am not busy working and building my brand, I practice self-care by having alone time and time to reset and refocus with self. I love to travel; that’s always my reset button to get away from all the noise in the world and relax and just focus on me. Spending time with GOD is my favorite thing to do; it gives me so much Peace and Joy.
