Let’s talk about your brand! I understand that you wear so many amazing hats in business! Tell us about The Tiara J Brand as a whole, your businesses, what your mission is, and the inspiration behind why you started. 

The Tiara J Brand is a multifaceted enterprise dedicated to empowering women through beauty, fashion, and inspiration. As the owner of a successful beauty business, I offer top-notch lash and brow services designed to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. Additionally, I am a motivational speaker, podcast host, and fashion enthusiast, all of which allow me to connect with and inspire women on various platforms.

My mission is simple yet profound: to help women win. This mission drives every aspect of my brand, from the services I provide to the messages I share. The inspiration behind starting The Tiara J Brand stems from my desire to see my generation and the next succeed. I want to offer a road map to success, showing that with hard work, resilience, and the right support, women can achieve their dreams and make a significant impact in their communities.

What has the entrepreneurial journey been like for you thus far? 

The entrepreneurial journey for me has been like a yo-yo. Some days I’m up, and some days I’m down. There are moments when my business is flourishing and I’m getting customer after customer, and then there are times when I don’t get a sale or a customer or client, and both times I continue to move forward and continue to build my brand. 

When you’re not busy, how are you practicing self-care?

So when I’m not being a busybody and cultivating new strategies to scale my business and brand, self-care for me looks like daily exercise, spending my mornings with God first, and doing the things that I like, such as nails, hair, feet, massages, vacations, and spa days. 

When it comes to women and our women’s community, what would you like to see more of? 

When it comes to women and our community, I would love to see more unity, support, and genuine love for one another. It’s essential that we uplift and encourage each other, celebrating our successes and providing a helping hand during challenges. By fostering a spirit of collaboration and empathy, we can create a stronger, more empowered community where every woman feels valued and inspired to reach her full potential.
