Where are you from?

Southern California, born and raised.

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

I see a way to help others and a passion for creating ways to improve processes for all. Being my own boss cuts through red tape and allows innovation to flow.

Tell us about the work that you do, and what’s your why?

As the founder of Mariposa Sources, my mission is to empower women entrepreneurs to unlock their full potential and achieve remarkable success. I am a business systems strategist and business coach who specializes in helping clients overcome burnout, streamline operations, and create sustainable growth. My why is to make a difference in the lives of entrepreneurs by providing personalized support and guidance tailored to their unique needs. I am passionate about helping my clients reclaim their time, boost their confidence, and transform their businesses into thriving ventures. Seeing them succeed and flourish is what drives and inspires me every day.

What challenges have you been met with while maneuvering entrepreneurship, and how did you overcome?

While getting ahead of the learning curve, I am learning about everything so that I can quickly determine if it is something I want to focus on or not. There are so many aspects, and it can take 2 to 3 years to get a handle on being an entrepreneur. I found great people who were able to help me discover my niche and passion.

In those moments when it gets hard, how do you manage to keep going?

Having the freedom to create my own schedule has kept me going. The fact that when I come up with an idea, I can test it out and make a decision to see if it fulfills me with some external input.

When it comes to women and our women’s community, what would you like to see more of?

Collaboration avenues. I think we are all so focused on what we are doing, staying in our lane, but if we peeked in to see others, we would be able to connect on a deeper level. A rising tide brings in all boats, which is why I developed my Metamorphosis Membership. For a small monthly fee, you get access to other entrepreneurs who could indirectly or directly help each other.
